Play More Ghanaian Songs - Kwaw Kese begs DJs

King of the street, Kwaw Kese has urged Ghanaian DJ's to play more Ghanaian songs and reduce the amount of airtime they give to playing foreign songs especially Nigerian songs.
According to him, Nigerian DJ's don’t play Ghanaian songs and he doesn’t see the need for Ghanaian DJ's to be promoting their songs over here.

He said, “If you go to Nigeria, you would not even hear Ghanaian songs on regular basics but here in Ghana, it’s the vice-versa. We are not saying don’t play Nigerian songs oo, but at least give more airtime to playing Ghanaian songs, please DJ's play our songs also small.” He appealed.

This he disclosed when he was on stage as one of the performing acts on the night at the recently held Ghana Djs Awards at the AICC on Friday March 18, 2016.
