Boxer cum comedian, Michael Aryee Ayitey, Ayitey Powers has revealed that he and his compatriot, Braimah Komko, Bukom Banku have apologized to Afia Schwarzenegger.

The two in a highly publicized message to the TV presenter took her to the cleaners for daring to insult them.

Ayitey Powers said he would not have married if Afia was the only lady in town, while Bukom Banku also used several unprinted words on the TV presenter.

But Ayitey revealed on Adom Fm news interview that they have apologized to her.

He said the apology meant that a planned music to dent the image of Afia has been withheld.

He did not however tell what caused them to apologise to the TV comedian.

Deborah Vanessa Owusu, more commonly known in entertainment circles as Sister Debbie, has revealed posting her nudes was a "business decision."

The 'Uncle Obama' singer who said she has been paid $8,000 for her YouTube views last year posted a nude picture on her personal twitter page with the caption “tag a friend who will be happy to come home to me”.

The ‘Bola’ hitmaker who has always insisted she posted the nudes “because she is free and willing to do whatever” said her decision to post it was influenced by her quest to get more social media visibility.

“I thought that me ‘koraa’ my Yutube views were slowing down so I thought let’s get some views,” she stated in an interview with Morning Starr host Kafui Dey Friday.

Sister Debbie dares to expose the hypocrisy of the Ghanaian standards and culture in most of her dealings.

She explained that many “boys” enjoyed looking at her nudes.
“The photographer that took this picture said 'ooo Debbie I’m putting this on my Instagram and we put other ones on his Instagram and there was no', well I did have backlash for one with my palm on my vejayjay. And then some people who follow him picked it up and were Tweeting you know…positive tweet. Things like Oo I’m going to watch this and sleep tonight…So everything was positive, boys were excited”.

Well, Nigerian comedian Bovi would. He took to his Instagram page on Wednesday to share a story of his last night and last experience with a prostitute, when he was still in level 300 at the university.

I had just resumed school for second semester 300 level. This was February 2000. My mission was to storm port-harcourt from abraka and surprise my older sister who had just moved to another apartment.

All I had was the address to the new apartment. I’ve always loved to pull surprises and this was my biggest one at the time. I arrived ph in the evening via public transport and traced her new place. Me wey plan to surprise my sister con surprise myself. She had not moved in. Her present address, I didn’t have. Gsm; non-existent at the time, her office? Closed. I was practically stranded in the garden city. After recovering from my rude shock, I took the first 2 foolish decisions. I hailed a cab and told the can to take me to a happening joint. The type that runs all night. He told me it was a Tuesday, the happening joints really don’t happen on Tuesday. I insisted there had to be one. Well he had money to make, so he obliged me.

We got there. Dead end. Even the band members and the Dj were off duty.

We tried a second spot. No luck. By this time it was past 9pm. So it dawned on me that I should have been looking for a hotel. By the time I checked 2 hotels, I realized that had I not made wayward stops, I’d have been able to pay for a room.

I asked again where I could possibly chill till daybreak. A commercial nerve. Someone mentioned “opposite hotel presidential.” When I got to hotel presidential; opposite it that is; I was relieved. The groove was real. Outdoor joints, several bar tenders. Pot bellied men with pretty women drinking away their stress. I found my spot, got a seat, weighed my purse and saw that my vex money had been severely eroded. I couldn’t even afford a drink. But hey, I could watch.

The ladies of the night were present on their droves (soliciting customers). It was a sight to behold. If they got lucky, they hopped into vehicles of strange men. I enjoyed all I saw until it was midnight and the unexpected happened. All d joints started to lock up. On no time it was just me and the night nurses left on the road side.

“Why you no go stay hotel” “why you no go your sister house” “why she Neva pack go her new house?” I had answered all these questions repeatedly.

By now I was with the security of the hotel, begging to share their space with them till the earliest signs of daylight. They weren’t comfortable with me there. They had even suggested I go to ojuelegba, a spot on the famous Aba road that hosted a retinue of low class sex workers (low in the sense that the better sex workers were the ones who came opposite the hotel) I had turned down the idea politely.

Five minutes later, a police patrol can sailed by slowly with “victims” of their raid of ojuelegba. I didn’t believe my luck, assuming it was luck. Not long after, one of the busiest girls of the night walked into the security post. I had seen her severally that night. She had to be the busiest of the girls. Leave in a car, return in okada. That happened at least 4 times.she inquired what the problem was.

For the 66th time, I narrated.

She paused for a while. I had no idea what she was thinking. Then quietly she asked to see the contents of my bag. Two shirts, one trouser, soap can with blue long sponge and body cream. And identity card. Finish!

She thought for a while again and then made me an offer. She asked me to follow her to her apartment. I wasn’t sure what to do. Security didn’t want me there. From their eyes I could tell this was my last offer. She “napkined” on the bike ride to her house. This was 2am. A small living room and a room with one bed ms living room was as small as the room. It had no furniture. She offered me her bed and slept on the floor. I tried to refuse but she will have none of it. I was her guest. I don’t know if I really slept cos my legs remained on the floor with my back on d bed.

By 5 am I was up. She offered me water to shower but all I did was brush and wash my face. Her brother came in not long after without caring a second who I was, he went straight to sleep. As I made to leave, she untied an end of her wrapper, brought out a wad of notes and offered me 3 fifty naira notes. She bade me farewell.

Never to be seen again till this day.

Starrfmonline can report that the victim in the KKD rape saga has withdrawn the case from court.

KKD, real name Kwasi Kyei Darkwah is standing trial for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl, a charge he has denied.

But the victim, Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson Monday January 12, wrote a letter to the Public Prosecutions at the Attorney General's Department stating that she was no longer interested in pursuing the case in Court.

According to Orleans Thompson, she wants to put the whole saga behind her and reorganise her life saying "God will give her justice."

The two-page letter, was also copied to the Chief Justice, the Registrar of the High Court and the top hierarchy of the Ghana Police service.

KKD, who has been on admission at the Police hospital over a swollen foot was not in court today.

At least five people have been shot at a Chris Brown concert on Sunday in San Francisco, California, USA. A real massacre started at the Fiesta nightclub where the R&B singer was performing, when five of his fans were wounded by the unknown. Mobile phone footage shows Brown singing surrounded by his security as dozens of fans are enjoying the show.

Then, suddenly, gunshots ring out, sending everyone including Chris into panic. He is immediately taken away off stage by his bodyguards. People begin screaming, crying and fleeing the club while some shout “get down” and lie on the floor.

Three more shots are heard and the camera pans round to show people covering their heads and lying on the floor. After awhile police arrived on the scene, they detained several people but no arrests were made.

Five victims with arms or legs wounds were admitted to hospital, all of them are expected to survive. The singer is believed to be unhurt as shortly afterwards he tweeted “I’m 100″.

It’s not the first shooting incident Chris Brown has experienced. In August last year the singer was hosting a party in Los Angeles when Death Row Records executive Suge Knight was shot.

Afia Schwarzenegger

Ghanaian radio and TV personality Afia Schwarzenegger, has revealed that Gary Nimako, who is the counsel for Bishop Obinim - the Founder and Leader of God's Way International Ministry - who she is feuding with met with her to plead on his client’s behalf.

The lawyer, she said, came to see her after she released series of videos questioning the character and credibility of Obinim after he (Obinim) showered invectives on her during one of his televised Sunday services.

In the videos, Schwarzenegger called Obinim names and accused him of being a fake pastor.

She claimed Obinim’s abuse of her person was sparked by her refusal to give in to the bishop’s persistent romantic proposals.

Her video series progressed into a social media campaign against “fake pastors” where she urged Ghanaians, Christians in particular, to “say no to fake pastors and show them the red card”.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Starr FM’s Kafui Dey on the Morning StarrFriday, the actress said the pastor conceded to defeat in the brawl and sent his lawyer to plead on his behalf.

“His Lawyer, Gary Nimako came and met me and I told him point blank that if they want to apologise they should go to where they made that catastrophic statement and stand there and apologise”.

Afia who also revealed her fight against Obinim was not for her own interest but in defense of Ghana’s former President Jerry John Rawlings, said she has more videos in the offing.

“I made about 10 videos but only six were released. We still have four pending videos to release. If you come looking for my trouble you must have all the time in the world to face me because I have that much time to drag it,” she stated.
