He may be inactive in the boxing ring – but certainly not sluggish in assaulting women even though he has promised to stop the uncultured behaviour of attacking women physically.

Popular boxer, Braimah Kamoko, alias Bukom Banku is yet to be arrested after allegedly beating up and injuring his 'lover', Charlotte Naa Densua Doodo and her friend, Eunice Naa Lamptey at Bukom in Accra.

She narrated that Braimah Kamoko has proposed to her but as her uncle she would not allow him to have any sexual contact with him.
"He is my Uncle and I have told him I can't do that with him . . . he has had sexual contact with almost all his nieces and children in the house but they are all afraid of him so no one can talk. He brought me ¢1.5m(Gh¢ 150.00), I told him no and sacked him, he came back with ¢2m (Gh¢ 200.00) and I still insisted no, he came back with ¢40m (Gh¢ 4,000.00) to beg me to at least go naked for him, but I still refused and look at what he has put me through with a bruised face," she narrated.

The boxer who was denied sex by the 'lover' is also alleged to have vandalized properties and 'shit bombed' the residence of his 'lover'.

According to the victim, Bukom Banku claims he cannot be arrested so he will continue to assault her if she denies him sex again.

She recounts that the outspoken boxer bragged no one can report him to the police because he will pay his way through and the complainant will just be wasting his/her time.

“He said his father is Mahama (President John Dramani Mahama),” the heavily bruised face lady narrated her ordeal to UTVs Romeo Oduro on Wednesday.

Adebayor sacks mother over "juju" claims
Togolese international and Tottenham Hotspurs star, Emmanuel Sheyi Adebayor, has reportedly ordered machomen to drive out his Mother, Madam Alice Adebayor, from his abode in Togo, according to a report in Ghana Sports newspaper.

Angry sisters of Adebayor namely Margaret Adebayor and Lucia Adebayor in the company of Ade’s cousin Aunty Kudirah Alabi and his niece Bukky Adeniyi stormed the premises of Peace FM in Accra to complain bitterly about the behaviour of the ex-Monaco star.

Adebayor’s elder sister, Margaret said, “for the past six years Adebayor has rejected his mother and his immediate family whilst doing charity outside on the premise that our mother is a witch.

"We have been thinking of his future as a footballer and did not want this issue out in the media but it is becoming too much."

She added: “Can you believe Adebayor ordered his machomen to sack our mother and his own mother from a house he built in Togo claiming she is a witch? As we speak our mother lives in an apartment rented by our junior brother, Kola Adebayor, who currently lives in Germany.

“My mother weeps bitterly about the issue every day. Anytime his mother or any of us call and he realises (it’s us) he will quickly cut the phone call”.

Margaret added that “I personally supervised the building of his house in Trassaco in Ghana and he gave us an apartment in the house. But all of a sudden he changed his attitude towards us, one afternoon his machomen came to drive us away from the house”.

Asked why Adebayor changed his attitude towards the family all of a sudden, Magaret retorted “Nobody can tell, we haven’t wronged him in anyway.

“For the past six years he has abandoned his responsibilities towards the family and does charity work instead. But as far as I know charity begins at home.”

Adebayor’s younger sister Lucia, who was in tears added that Adebayor made her stop schooling with the promise of taking her abroad but she is now selling tomatoes and pepper at Madina Market in Accra.

In response, the former Arsenal and Manchester City striker described the allegations as unfounded.

He, however, admitted that he is not on talking terms with his family because they have been plotting juju against him.

He also added that his sisters rented out a property he built for the them in East Legon without his knowledge.

"Ask my sister Margaret whether I did not build them a house in East Legon, and what happened to it? I bought my younger sister Lucia a car worth $35,000, where is it?" Ade quizzed.

The Togo national football team captain added "If they want the issue resolved they should stop spreading the news and let's meet to resolve it but they aren't willing to do so."

Muntari In Another Fight blissgh news ghana sports
A prankster in Italy bore the full brunt of the Ghanaian’s wrath on Wednesday outside AC Milan’s training ground.

Stefano Corti -an Italian TV personality- was at the forefront of the prank, which aired on a show referred to as Reservoir Dogs.

In the video, Corti can be seen walking around with a tablet which houses explicit sexual images of himself with Maxi Lopez, De Rossi, Marco Borriello and Muntari, which are of course fake.

While his teammates took it rather well, knowing it was a prank, Muntari did not see the funny side of being called a homosexual, perhaps owing to his religious beliefs.

The midfielder got out of his vehicle, snatched Corti’s tablet and hurled it to the ground, destroying it in the process. He then fired a warning saying: “You’re sick, I do not joke about these things. The next time you make a thing like this I’ll break your face.”

Muntari is currently serving an indefinite suspension from the Black Stars after being involved in issues of misconduct during Ghana’s World Cup campaign.

Black Stars money being shared in Brazil – Report
The website of the Brazilian TV channel “Globo” has published photos and a video of the $3m being delivered to the #Ghana players in Brasilia.

They broadcast footage of the money being transported in a huge convoy of police cars. The appearance money was owed to the players and promised to them before the #WorldCup.

Earlier in the week, there were rumours the Black Stars could boycott training ahead of the game if their demand for payment was not met.

As unrest grew, Ghana President John Dramani Mahama personally assured the players that they would receive their money.

The Ghana coach claims the money had to be delivered in cash because many of the players do not have bank accounts based in Ghana.

Kwesi Nyantakyi - match - fixing allegations

The President of Ghana's Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi, was exposed after he was filmed agreeing to the team playing in rigged international matches, in return for payment of $170,000 per match.

The Telegraph and Channel 4's Dispatches launched a six-month investigation into match-fixing, after receiving information that suggested that some football associations were working with criminal gangs to rig scores in international games.

Reporters from The Telegraph went under cover, claiming to represent an investment company that wanted to "sponsor" matches during the tournament.
Christopher Forsythe, a registered Fifa agent and Obed Nketiah, a senior figure in the Ghanaian FA, reportedly bragged about employing corrupt officials who would rig matches played by Ghana.

The president of the country's football association then met the undercover reporter and finalised a contract which would see the team play in the rigged matches, in return for payment.

The contract stated that it would cost $170,000 (£100,000) for each match organised by the fixers involving the Ghanaian team, and would allow the bogus investment firm to appoint match officials and referees.

"You [the company] will always have to come to us and say how you want it to go...the result," said Mr Forsythe. "That's why we will get the officials that we have greased their palms, so they will do it. If we bring in our own officials to do the match...You're making your money."

FIFA agent Christoipher Forsythe (r.) and Ghanaian FA official Obed Nketiah (l.) meet with undercover reporters from The Telegraph, reportedly to discuss fixing games involving Ghana's national team

"You have to give them [the referees] something... they are going to do a lot of work for you, so you have to give them something," said Mr Nketiah.

Mr Forsythe said that match fixing was "everywhere" in football and that he could even arrange rigged matches between Ghana and British teams. "The referees can change the matches every time. Even in England it does happen," he said. "We will always choose associations/countries that we think we can corrupt their officials for all our matches."

Mr Forsythe and Mr Nketiah then introduced the undercover reporters to Kwesi Nyantakyi, the president of the Ghana FA, at a five-star hotel in Miami earlier this month shortly before his team played South Korea in Miami before heading to Brazil.

During the meeting in Florida, the president agreed to a contract that stated each match would cost the investment company $170,000 and that they could appoint the match officials for each game. A contract was drawn up that specified that “The Company will appoint and pay for the cost of the referees/match officials in consultation with an agreed Fifa Member association(s),” in direct breach of the rules that prohibit third parties from appointing officials, in order to protect their impartiality. During the meeting, the president suggested that the fictional investment company put on two matches after the World Cup to prove that they were able to organise games.

?“So why don’t you arrange matches?” said Mr Nyantakyi. “Let’s say there should be an experimental period for us to see how we do your work? There is an opportunity in August, and then in December, but I don’t know about that. But these months appear to be the only time that we can have any opportunity to play friendly games.”

When a reporter asked if the president was happy with the contract, as long as it reflected the experimental period he had requested, he replied, “Yeah these are the issues that I’ve got with it.”

“So we can work on that with a trial game?” asked the investigator.

“Yeah,” replied the president.

When they were later confronted about their operation, both Mr Forsythe and Mr Nketiah denied any involvement in a plot to fix matches. Mr Nketiah said: "These are false allegations and I will never in my life do such a thing."

Mr Nyantakyi said that he had not read the contract and he did not know about the deal to fix games. He said that the proposed match would have been handled by a licensed Fifa match agent and that he was unaware that Mr Forsythe had demanded £30,000 for the football association.

Issuing a statement Mr Forsythe, said: "To be frank everything I told you about the match fixing was a figment of my own imagination because I am so naive that I don't even know how matches are done. They were promises just to be able to get something off you."

The Ghanaian FA announced it has asked the Ghana Police Service to investigate Mr Forsythe and Mr Nketiah for "misrepresenting the GFA with an attempt to defraud".

The football body has also reported the matter to FIFA and CAF.

In a statement, it said: "We wish to assure the public that we will not tolerate such misrepresentations and we will seek strong sanctions against such individuals if such claims are found to be true."

Last week saw the first convictions of criminals in the UK for attempting to rig football matches, following an earlier investigation by this newspaper.
Chann Sankaran and Krishna Sanjey Ganeshan, businessmen from Singapore, and Michael Boateng, a former professional footballer, were found guilty of match–fixing after a six-week trial.

Sankaran and Ganeshan were sentenced to five years and Boateng 18 months. Sankaran and Ganeshan were found to have links to the notorious international match fixer Wilson Raj Perumal, and were said to be attempting to establish a network of corrupt footballers in Britain.

Instances of match fixing ahead of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa had prompted FIFA and its partners in the betting and law enforcement agencies to monitor all friendlies ahead of this World Cup.
