This is what happened to a South Carolina man after he was caught red-handed allegedly raping his nephew’s girlfriend in a bedroom at a home in Conway, South Carolina on Thursday January 1st.

The nephew, whose identity is being kept from the media, reportedly found 52-year-old William Mattson (pictured above) on top of his girlfriend and he responded by beating the heck out of him. You can see the result of the brutal beat down in the suspect’s mugshot.

The man then pushed his uncle out of the house and called police. Mattson was arrested but the nephew was not charged over the incident. The police said he was “acting in defense for the victim.”

The uncle is now facing charges related to the alleged sexual assault.

A police officer has landed in trouble for allegedly raping a 15-year-old Junior High School (JHS) student.

Lance Corporal Paul Addo, who answered a request to discipline the girl, has been accused by her family of raping the JHS1 student during the “disciplinary” session.

The Lance Corporal, who is stationed at Agavedzi in the Ketu South District, is said to have been approached by the mother and older brother of the victim with a request to discipline the girl for an as yet undisclosed offence.

Instead, they claim, he raped the minor.

The officer has apparently denied the claims made against him.

Ketu South Municipal Police Commander, Superintendent Augustine Luguyare declined to comment on the case, except to tell JoyNews that investigations are still ongoing and that the matter has been forwarded to the Attorney General for advice.

The family of the young girl has however expressed surprise that the officer is still at post and not behind bars.

They have therefore appealed to Aflao police to arrest the alleged rapist and bring him to book.

StarrFMonline has intercepted the Close-Circuit Television (CCTV) footage which captured detained Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) romancing his alleged rape victim Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson at the African Regent Hotel.

After days of undercover works in the ‘server room’ of the hotel, where such private videos are profoundly cosseted, StarrFmonline has taken pains to whittle down and piece together the over 12-hour long separate videos from different cameras into a six-minute storyboard to give a visual idea of what really took place before, during and after the alleged non-consensual sex bout in the bathroom.

“We believe we have a strong case and will file a supplementary application with this video,” Gary Nimako, one of the counsel of the 49-year-old on remand CEO of the Finest Productions, confidently told StarrFMonline after your authoritative news website verified the video from him.

Nimako and his team have already filed for bail for their embattled client at the Human Rights High Court after a Magistrate’s Court denied KKD bail late last year. The bail application is expected to be heard on January 7 – a day before the actual case at the inferior court is heard.

StarrFMonline can confirm the supplementary bail application will be filed today, January 2, 2015.

StarrFMonline’s analysis of the CCTV video which was taken with different CCTV cameras at the plush hotel, reveals that the ace broadcaster had closed to 45 minutes chat with the 19-year-old and her cousin at the foyer after the trio had entered the hotel together. Our investigations show that the parties might have met outside the hotel, exchanged pleasantries and walked in together and then stationed at the Reception Area for selfies.

They were seen in a hearty chat, sharing smiles, shaking hands and hugging a few admirers as well as took selfies together at the atrium. After the lobby session, KKD and Ewuraffe in addition to her cousin and two others used the elevator to the chalets. When they got to the corridor leading to the rooms, the rest left the duo at the entrance, where they spent close to four minutes kissing and caressing before the CCTV camera.

A 20-year-old lady whose image was wrongly used by sections of the media as the victim who was allegedly raped by Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD), has threatened to drag all those media houses to court.

Grace Omane, a resident of Darkuman in Accra, said the media houses circulating her image failed to contact her to ascertain if she was indeed the victim in the alleged rape saga.

Ace broadcaster Kwasi Kyei Darkwa, (KKD), was arrested Saturday night after a 19-year-old lady filed a complaint at the Airport Police Station alleging sexual assault on her in a bathroom at the African Regent Hotel.

The identity of the lady was not immediately known and has still not been made known by the Police.

However, a photo of Grace Omane was splashed on various social media platforms purporting to be the victim in the rape saga.

Speaking on TV3 Monday, Grace said the situation has embarrassed her.

“I was at home [on Sunday] and had several calls that my picture is all over, saying KKD raped me whilst I don’t even know KKD and I have never even met him before.”

“I am really feeling awful because they are tarnishing my image,” she said adding: “My name is everywhere.”

Grace added that she would drag all the media houses that used her image without cross-checking to court.

Embattled hiplife artiste Kwaw Kese has been granted bail, StarrFMonline.com can confirm.

‘Abodam’ who is facing charges for publicly smoking weed has been on admission at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) after he was taken ill.

He has been on remand for over a month at the Kumasi Central Prison since his arrest in November.

Lawyer for “The man insane” Kwasi Boaitey confirmed his bail to StarrFMonline.combut failed to explain the conditions under which it was granted.

Kwaw Kese was originally scheduled to reappear in court on January 5, 2015. He had been denied bail on several occasions prior to Tuesday.
